RETURNS

Returned items must be unwashed, unworn and complete with tags. Returns requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Put a note in the package with your order # and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange it to another size.

HOW TO RETURN

To make a return you must have your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email, as well the email you used to make the purchase. We will email you a return slip and prepaid packaging label as soon as possible. Please package the item you are returning along with the return slip and seal the package. Drop off the return package with postage clearly visible at your local post office within 5 business days of receiving your return labels.

Price for international shipping is calculated automatically when you choose your country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

2-3 business days

Canada

Canada customers update: due the changes in Canada customs policy, delivery time is not guaranteed and it can take more than 3 weeks for your package to arrive :( Please don't order if you are not comfortable with this shipping time.

International

3-5 Business days.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER YET

If you choose 'USPS 4-6 business days shipping' option at the checkout, we will send your order by USPS First Class mail and it can take up to 10 business days for the package to arrive. If you need your prints faster, choose "USPS Priority 3 business days" with tracking and delivery in 2-3 business days*.

*Delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS, it's just expected delivery time!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While the situation is in the hands of the post once your order has been confirmed as shipped, we can sometimes look up the status of your order to help. We are not responsible for delivery of international orders.

UrbanRoyalz is not responsible for a package once it has been confirmed delivered to the correct address. If for any reason we should receive it back from the post, we will contact you with further options. In that case, the customer is responsible for the new shipping label.

Note that we will not refund orders above $25.               

MY PACKAGE WAS SENT BACK TO YOUR OFFICE. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If we receive your order back in the mail because it was not able to be delivered or was not picked up in time, all details and shipping prices will be listed in the customer service emails sent to you once the return is processed. We can send the package again to the same (or new) address but you have to pay for this shipping or you can have your order refunded minus the original shipping cost. Please note that processing returns can take time. We go through all of them as quickly as possible and your patience is appreciated.

Urban Royalz is not responsible for any packages that were returned for failure of delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal). We are not responsible for the original shipping or return shipping.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?

Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL-256) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for this purpose. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard, and American Express which is submitted through Paypal. You DONT need a paypal account to Process to the payment with your credit card.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

MISCELLANEOUS

WANT TO SELL URBANROYALZ PRODUCTS IN MY SHOP. DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

We primarily sell directly to our customers through our website, but we also sell through a few select boutiques which we screen on a case by case basis. We want to make sure that Ugmonk is a good fit for the companies we work with and that our products are represented well. If you would like more information, please contact us with information about your shop.
